More detail, when you want it
Yes. Joining BRCC does not automatically enroll your team in an Exectras plan. Use the Exectras enrollment link to review your options, eligibility, and terms.
The membership combines health and wellness benefits with access to partner services and discounts. Payroll, PEO services, lending, insurance policies, and other optional products can have separate fees, enrollment requirements, or approvals. Access to a service does not mean the service itself is free.
Standard 360Health offers primary care visits at $15 and therapy visits at $65. With 360Health+, primary care visits are $0 and therapy visits are $25. The upgrade fee is additional to the standard monthly membership fee. Confirm current copays and eligible family access with Exectras before enrolling.
Exectras advertises membership included with qualifying payment-processing arrangements. Ask about your transaction volume, processing rates, equipment terms, and any commitments. Membership inclusion and the flyer’s terminal, funding, and pricing offers are subject to Exectras’s terms.
Confirm your employee-count tier, who is eligible, dependent access, optional fees, covered services, effective dates, and renewal or cancellation terms. Some benefits have their own group-size requirements even when membership is available to a smaller team.
Exectras provides access to PEO services combining payroll, tax administration, employee onboarding, benefits management, and HR compliance support. A separate payroll service is available with online pay processing, direct deposit, employee paystubs, and payroll tax filing. Ask Exectras about the introductory payroll trial and ongoing pricing.
Exectras provides access to business insurance options such as general and professional liability, property, workers’ compensation, and cyber coverage. It also helps employers design group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. These are separately quoted policies and plans, with their own premiums and eligibility.
Colonial Life eligibility requires a minimum of 5 eligible employees, active employment of at least 20 hours per week, and an issue age of 16 or older. The benefit provides $10,000 group term life coverage, guaranteed issue without a medical exam, and no additional cost through membership. Company enrollment, employee information, and coverage activation are still required. Confirm policy terms and eligibility with Exectras.
Colonial Life accident insurance can pay benefits directly to a covered employee after a covered accidental injury, helping with out-of-pocket expenses. Coverage is offered at $6.26 per employee per month, with rates varying by state. This is a separately priced policy; ask for coverage limits, exclusions, and enrollment requirements.
Exectras offers access to digital banking and payment-card tools at no added employer benefit cost. On-Demand Pay may let eligible employees access part of wages already earned, but availability depends on supported payroll integration and program eligibility. Employee transaction or service fees can apply; confirm the program’s terms.
Exectras provides access to working capital and small-business financing. Funding, timing, and any member pricing depend on approval and the provider’s terms. Ask for a written offer showing the total cost and repayment schedule before deciding.
Exectras VPC offers virtual urgent and primary care for non-emergency concerns, plus ongoing care and prescription support where appropriate. Members can access urgent care around the clock and schedule primary-care appointments. Available services, visit costs, and family eligibility depend on the plan.
Behavioral health counseling connects members with licensed mental health professionals. Care is available for adults and eligible teens ages 12–17. Exectras peer support offers conversations with trained listeners for stress, grief, relationships, and other life challenges. Peer support is not clinical therapy; check access and visit costs for your plan.
Exectras prescription savings let members compare medication prices at participating pharmacies and use a discount offer or card. Save up to 88% across more than 70,000 pharmacies; actual savings vary by medication and pharmacy. This is a prescription discount program, not insurance.
The wellness program offers challenges, goal tracking, personalized programs, and weekly tips. Exectras provides financial education and a personalized assessment, with resources on budgeting, banking, credit, saving, investing, and paying for education.
Exectras gives members access to fraud-resolution specialists to help with financial, criminal, or medical identity theft. Depending on the situation, support can include contacting creditors, coordinating fraud alerts or credit freezes, and helping replace documents. Members must verify their eligibility when requesting help.
Member discounts cover shipping, office supplies, computers, hotels, travel, tours, and rental cars. Separate insurance offers include pet insurance and disaster coverage. Home and auto insurance are coming soon. Discounts, policies, premiums, and eligibility have provider-specific terms.
Need help choosing? Ask Exectras through BRCC. Benefit availability and terms must be confirmed before enrollment.
